If you are getting buffering and freezing you may want to check your internet speed connection (40MB is required for each device).

Please take into account that other people in your home may be using the same internet broadband connection that is needed to watch normal tv on your device.

DO not attempt to use more than 2 devices as that will not work and will affect the service of your 2 devices.

If you are using a WIFI device be sure it is within range of the wifi signal, being too far will cause buffering and disconnects. A restart of your modem and router weekly is advised.

Check the setting in the app to ensure that it is set to hardware decoding instead of software
